Visit our Clinic in-person

For hands-on visits and procedures, we will be here for you. To keep all our patients and staff safe, we have instituted several  safety precautions.

"Even in challenging times, we are here for our patients. The phrase "adapt and overcome" doesn't just apply to our military. Understanding this, our patients should always feel safe and secure in the environment and with the care that our practice provides. Their safety is our priority."

Coming to the Clinic

Your safety is our top priority

We’ve implemented new safety protocols to ensure that our staff and patients stay healthy.
1 – All visitors will be screened before entering the premises
In line with CDC recommendations, all patients and necessary caregivers will be screened for elevated temperature and possible exposure to COVID-19 prior to being allowed in the waiting room.
2 – A maximum of 4 patients in the waiting room at any given time
We have spread out our appointment times so that a maximum of four patients wait in our beautiful, spacious waiting room at any given time.
3 – No visitors will be permitted, unless they are a necessary caregiver or accompanying a minor patient.
We ask that all companions please wait in the car. Children will not be permitted, unless they are the patient. All necessary caregivers must go through the entrance screening procedure.
4 – All rooms will be terminally cleaned between patients
‘Terminal cleaning’ is an intense disinfection procedure used in healthcare, to completely sanitize surfaces between patients. We always take infection control very seriously at Dayton Orthopedic Surgery, but we will continue to take disinfection to the next level until the Coronavirus has been brought thoroughly under control.
5 – Staff wear face masks at all times
The CDC recommends that all staff are screened for elevated temperature before being allowed to work. We have taken things a few steps further. In addition to logging temperatures and screening for potential symptoms of COVID-19 throughout the day, all our staff wear face masks at all times. Staff who have direct contact with patients also wear gloves which are changed with every patient.
